Meals You can choose up to one or two items
BREAKFAST choose 1 or 2 (eat fruit alone with no other foods)
- 1 cup of any fresh organic berries including goji berry, Incan Berries, strawberries, blue berries, black berries
- 1 ½ cups of cantaloupe, pineapple, durian, watermelon(do not eat seedless) always eat fruit with no other foods
- 1 sprouted Ezekiel bread with ½ oz raw cheese or almond butter, tahini or avocado with Sunfire salt with Fiesta Mole
· 1 cup fresh vegetable juice-recommended to eat every day!!
· 1 cup sprouted raw granola
· ½ cup oatmeal or Ezekiel cereal
· ½ cup plain yogurt with goji berries, Incan berries, raw cacao, cacao nibs

LUNCH and/or DINNER choose 1 or 2
- Tomatoes, basil, greens, 1/2 oz raw cheese add coconut oil and balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup fresh vegetable juice-recommended to drink everyday!
- Green salad with vegetables covered with Fiesta Mole
- Grilled vegetables with fiesta mole and sunfire salt
- Avocados mixed with any other vegetable like tomatoes, cilantro, lemon juice
- Super salad with Fiesta Mole and any vegetables
Meals: Try it Raw
BREAKFAST choose 1 or 2
1 cup of raspberries, goji berries, or strawberries
1 cup sprouted raw granola with almond milk (blended almonds with water)
1 ½ cups watermelon or 1 cup melon
1 raw sprouted bread with avocado and sun fire salt to taste
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice or grapefruit juice
12 raw almonds
1 cup fresh Vegetable juice- recommended to drink everyday!!
LUNCH and/or DINNER choose 1 or 2
Guacamole mashed avocado (1/2 cup), cilantro, peppers, tomatoes, lemon juice
Super salad with avocado and tomatoes covered with Fiesta Mole add seaweed
Avocado, cucumber, sprouts rolled in Nori rolls
Cole slaw or green salad with vegetables, Balsamic Vinaigrette add seaweed
Vegetables with sun fire salt blended nut recipes
1 cup veggies cut them up and cover them with Fiesta Mole, avocado, coconut oil, flax seeds or nuts

12 raw almonds with veggies and Fiesta Mole
Fresh juiced organic vegetables of any kind-recommended to drink daily
Drink 6-8 glass of pristine purified water each day depending on body size. Switch all salt to SunFire salt.
